When I said "weird' I was trying to be polite. What I mean, is they are setup way too lean, and often holes aren't drilled all the way through, or there are broken drill bits, etc in the metering block. I try to be careful about having a blanket generalization about them as each dash number/revision is different from the last one.

Jets in these were 60/67
Same in C3AE-9510-C carbs, 62's in 1849's.
So I kept the stock jet sizes as it makes the most sense.

66 would be the stock size in an 1850, which as stated the venturi and throttle plates are a different size. If you put 66's in these, they would be REALLY fat at cruise.
-idle in gear is 900, if you want it lower that isn't hard to do, tho I'd suggest adjusting idle speed via the secondaries. Since I installed a set screw you can adjust it with an allen wrench while the carbs are installed.

The only difference in calibration is the idle air bleed, the secondary high speed bleed is slightly different as well, but it isn't nearly as important to overall usage.
A lot of guys tell me I'm wrong still.... They cling to the idea that there was some magic that makes carburetors work together in a pair.
