Gone through yes, also remember these new ones are often set for a stock pickup truck engine which will have high vacuum at idle, so putting them on a performance vehicle may not be best without changing some bleeds.
I am not as up on these as the whizz bang $299 brand new carb crowd stopped showing up here. They are like "You'll fix my carb issues for $150, but but but I only paid a lil more than that for it new." lol
Keith, set screw is easily accessed from underneath with carbs installed. I literally just take out that slotted screw and toss it in the trash, I put a 10-32 1/2inch long brass set screw in with a dab of loctite to provide some drag. 3/32 allen fits and makes it to where you can adjust idle speed without disturbing the transfer slot settings.
