Anyone got a good way of getting stuck rings out of pistons been soaking them in wd-4 for a few days but they are not coming out

Bbm block and heads blue thunder 2-4 intake hyd roller cam everything new except timing cover. Engine has been together for a few years but never started, May need to look at it to make sure everything is good. Must pick up 18,500 firm has aviad oil pan. Carbs to oil pan. built the engine for my cobra with bbm block and heads all new parts but then left for england for 2 years. motor has sat for 3 years hand turned by my brother while i was away. plan on priming it was well lubed while assembled, just a little worried about how long it sat,
