Nope, the guy I bought the Fairlane from did have both, but he just sold the ‘63 to a guy in New York as a roller.  I’ve known that Fairlane for 20yrs so I was happy to get a chance to grab it.  It’ll be fun as I have a 462” FE coming along for my Merc, then this old 460 Lima to compare it to.

It’s about as stone simple as it gets.  Lincoln 460 bottom end with ARPs, Speed Pro heavy pistons, Comp 294H, Torquer 2, and swap headers with a 850dp.  Stock intake ports, ported exhaust ports with CJ valves.  Motor has been together since ‘94 and has been raced a fair amount then the big in/big out Toploader was installed, with 3.89s and it became a street ride.  Ran 11.48@118 with a C4 and 4.10s.  Car has driven back and forth PA to the UP of Michigan twice, just a simple combo. 

 Manual steering, manual brake, and one of the old school clanky Detroit Lockers so you don’t finesse this one.
