Does Ram give any “up to horsepower” rating for that setup? I didn’t see anything on there website, maybe you recall something?

So if I had a light-ish car, 800 h.p. 4.56rear   Maybe, I could make this work, and not break a Toploader.  Using street tires of course.

If you have street tires and no traction, you can probably get away with it for a while, but even 3rd gear romps would eventually cause issues if you run that much power through it; the main shaft and counter shaft will deflect. Other than the added beef on the output spline area and input shaft, the main shaft between small and big inputs are the same size, so there is no added strength to a big input when putting the power to it after a launch. Add slicks and any type of traction, and the toploader will be short lived at that power level, regardless of input shaft size.

I can just have Blair leave a bunch of material in the intake ports, to cut down on parts breakage.  Bahahaha!
