I love long road trips!   Been awake for 55 hours before.  Smart?  No.   Mind altering?  Yes.  :)

Mikko, Checked the weather, seems possible i have to drive through 5 inch snowfall
if i don't stay an extra day in wifes hometown. :-\ well with all her luggage i think

Enjoy Heo.  I do agree on the road salt >:(  Lots of experience here in PA with disintegrating cars.  Once you get the salt between the panel joints and into the welds it's almost impossible to stop the rust moths from destroying your ride.  Willing to bet that you don't have too many '64s in junk yards near you for parts either.- A safe and smooth trip to you and yours.

Heo -  You and your lovely lady have a safe trip!  Sounds like great fun and be careful of the mouth breathers.

Next time, have Jay send over a Trunk Monkey.  That'll take care of them.

Lenz, thanks.  Yes we had no salt here until early 90s.
Just sanded roads with white berms  nice when driving after
dark, the cars ended up in junkyards because they where
worn out. Then came the salt, the rust just exploded on 10
year old cars that had nicks and scratches in the paintjob
Everything is a darkbrownish color same as the mooses and
reindears that get on the road to lick the salt.
So you don't see them because your headlights is cowered with the salt muck
But they salt for our safety they say ::)

WConley, Thanks. So Jay sell trunk monkeys to?
Keeps them on  shelf B:5 between intake adapters
and valve covers? ;D What a practical accessory
must order one
