Congrats on the new engine Ross!  That one was an interesting build, I'll be very interested to hear how it performs when you get the chance.

Sorry for the crappy video, the camera kept adjusting volume, espeically at the 30 second point LOL

It does have some lope, even with a 270H on 110 ICL, and quite a bit of snap.  I'll try to get it on the road next weekend and see how it does

I will say this, after the EFI stroker in the Mustang, this is one cold blooded bitch LOL  Don't be surprised if you see an EFI write up this summer.  I am spoiled!

man that thing does sound snappy.   Must have gobs of low end torque, I bet it's fun as hell.  Probably gets decent gas mileage too for what it is.

I like it! I like it!  Needs a "high and tight" painted on it some place.  8)

Thanks, I have had to find some patience too, there is another post on here about a bicep tear.

Right now the truck is surrounded by 4 rollaways and about 6500 lbs of tools to go through, but my left wing barely lets me tie my shoes  ::)

I should be able to get to where I can take it for a good run in early February.  I'll tell you, it sucks getting old, even at 44 injuries take longer to heal, I hate to see what it will be like at 84!

Ross, I'm half way between you and 84 and I can tell you that you should still be goin strong!  You will heal, and of course it will take time.  I also love those '67-'72 trucks... I had a '67 long bed 2WD with a 352 2V, and bought it used in '72. I then put 150k miles on it and sold it 4 years later back to the guy I bought it from, for the same price!  We'll enjoy hearing how yours performs once you get it back on the road.

Thanks for the good words Bruce, I'll get there.  I have a feeling that there will some surgery in my future, but we'll see

Slowly getting things done, unfortunately the injuries have me moving slow, but I haven't stopped!

Got the door hinges rebuilt, hung two doors and one fender. Should have the other fender and the door hardware together tomorrow!
