At 2000 rpm with a 3.73 gear, .64 OD, and a 295/50-15 tire, you'd be at 66 mph. At 2200 rpm, you'd be at 75.
If that's where you do all of your driving, that would be just fine. However, if you spend time at 55, you'd only be at around 1700 and I think you may start to get a little bucking there. Your cam isn't too big for the size engine you have, but it's not small either.
If you did the .82 OD, you'd be at 2900 rpm at 75 mph.
