FE adapter/351C efi tunnel ram done
« on: March 01, 2016, 01:27:16 AM »
finally finished the efi tunnel ram I made. started as a weiand tunnel ram, and converted to fuel injection and will be using the Fast EFI ecu and handheld. Hopefully this weekend I will get a chance to bolt it on the fepower adapter and start it up.. I will video it from the setup to turning the key.. Im stoked. Im using the Fast efi 302000 harness kit, and since I have the ez efi already I can use the ecu and handheld and set my parameters :). Here is some pictures of the tunnel ram with the harness to see how it fits

got the intake sitting in place ready to wire up.. I need a few new bolts as this intake is different then the torker.. ALso need a longer throttle cable. Next weekend should be nicer out and can spend more then an hour or so in the garage

still undecided on my scoop,, either the Eliminator one I picked up or the one I made..

No idea what you mean....  this is a super cool project.  I'm sure we've all been watching you get this engine built over the last few years.  Personally I think it's the definition of "Fe Power" and out of the box hot rodder thinking.

Can't wait to see it blasting down the strip!  Good luck

X3 on the don't delete list. I think your project is way cool. Lots of low buck do yourself things that are appreciated by me and others I'm sure. Member projects are one of my favorite things on this forum, especially the "oddball" stuff you don't see every day.

The only thing that should be deleted is ^^^ that comment...lol

Low-buck, home made projects are cool. I love your ingenuity and lack of off-the-shelf big buck parts. That's what made hot rodding what it is! Just stay safe; fuel fires and brake problems have killed many a project, so remember...

agreed , we seem to learn more about safety as we get older or we don't get older , in one piece anyway .

well finally got the intake finished, and started. It leaked in a few places so redid it all.. Anyways,, finally got it fired up and it starts and idles. Still need to do some tweaking and adjsutments and the ecu to learn but all in all NO LEAKS and starts.
