Ok, I hate to throw stuff out too, I can sympathize, just my opinion here:
Blocks, like you guessed, probably not worth shipping and the rusty one already .030 over probably not worth keeping. Strip the main caps, bellhousing dowels, etc. and save. That said, I have been seeing guys on the internet crying for 390 cranks, so that might be worth saving from the short block. Also, I have a couple car buddies in Phoenix and I've been going down there for junkyard runs for decades now. My observation, up here in Minnesota the vehicles tended to rust away long before the engine went bad. It's pretty easy to still find whole standard bore 360-390's cheap here that were pulled before the vehicle was scrapped. In Phoenix the cars ( body & chassis ) hung around forever, but the engine died decades ago, often from the heat as well as the miles. There seems to be more of a demand for motors down there. Quite a few years ago I hauled a trailer full of complete 302's & 460's to Arizona and traded them off for parts. So you may find a market there.
Cylinder heads - you may have luck selling on the internet, especially the C6 and earlier heads. They aren't worth much, but there seems to be buyers if the price is low to balance the shipping. Casting numbers and date codes are key on these, often it's for a restoration.
Small parts - years ago we tended to pass these by in the junkyard, looking instead for the CJ parts, Holley's, etc. Now the common stuff has been crushed and good luck finding a bracket or pulley. Barry and Blair I believe have been advertising for FE oil filter adaptors especially. The small stuff is easier to ship as well. I would clean off the brackets and pulleys, sometimes they have a I.D. number on them ( often corresponds to a part number ) and if you post them I can try looking in the Ford Parts book for you to figure out what it is. Sometimes the info is in there and I can figure out other applications like the musclecar stuff, sometimes I can't, but I'll try. And of course check with Bob's link too, easier if someone else has already figured it out.
Cruisomatic - sadly probably not much market, but I don't really know. C6's are getting so old tranny shops aren't even dealing with them, let alone Cruiso's. I had a local tranny shop here give me their leftover C6 hard parts 10 years ago since even then they hadn't worked on one in a few years. You might try looking around where you're at for any "old time" looking tranny shops, you know, those places in an old building that looks like they've been there forever and saved everything. They may not pay for it, but they might trade you some stuff you can use or credit for another day.
