Thanks for the Kudos guys.
The Lincoln is 383 cubic inches 4.06 x 3.7 It has forged JE pistons 7.1 inch scat rods Forged stock crank offset ground. 12:1 compression. Roller cam 252/252 .625 lift, Harland Sharp rockers, PAC beehive valve springs, Manley valves. . Fully ported stock heads that flow 255/205 @.600. The heads are O ringed and use a solid copper gasket.
I have fabbed a spacer which allows me to use any scub (sbc) manifold. I plan on testing a Mercury Marine Tunnel ram port EFI, a ported Victor JR, A Perfomer RPM, and Hilborn mechanical injection.
A couple of yrs ago on the R&R dyno it made 503 hp @ 6600 and 467 torque at 4900. This was with the Hilborn, but we ran out of time to get the fuel curve really dialed in. I figure there is another 5-8% left in it. This engine currently resides in my Competition Coupe dragster which runs 9.90s
The Y block Fords will be fighting for the win just due to the superior airflow of the Mummert heads. The Poly motors will be tough competition and the 6th engine is of all things a Packard. Realistically, I would like to beat at least one of the Polys and the Packard.
And yes Barry did make it in. He is in the Big Block class along with a 385, 2 BBC, a Pontiac, and an AMC
