Might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen
1967  Fairlane Tunnel Wedge on Proports.
1975 4x4 461 f.e. 4speed Dual Quads on 38’s

I’ve never seen one. That is beyond cool.

A pretty rare truck. At this point no other '66 N700 Crew Cabs are known to exist. Had to be more than just the one sold.

Found this 1965 F600 the week before . . Plan was a ramp truck or Camper now I will have to chose which one gets what. Most likely the Crew will get the camper I can attach to the dump bed then remove when not in use.

This '65 F 600 Az since new bought by Uhaul to use as service truck then after that other tow companies. It has the Offical AZ tow truck data plate on B pillar.

Agree!  That is going to be super awesome!  I didn't know such a thing existed  :D

So few were made very few people around today have ever heard of one much less actually seen one. I did see a '67 in vegas area about 10 yrs ago.

My truck collecting year is mostly 1966 although I have a couple '65's around. Once I realized this was a '66 had to jump on it before someone else caught wind it even existed.

Can't wait to make a true driver out of it.  The 330 HD was supposed to have been rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago but that was a long time ago. Guy I bought it from owned it for a minimum of 31 years. Quite elderly now

They both look very solid indeed!  Are you planning on keeping the patina and just doing a mechanical resto?  That seems to be the fashion nowadays  :)

Not really sure. I don’t like made up Patina and prefer nicely done stuff but have far too many projects in front of the big trucks. The brown ‘65 600 would have to get painted as had so many color changes but the N700 Crew is cool as is. I just want them both running driving then see where it goes from there. Will depend on both engines and how they run n drive.

I'm with you on the fake patina.  Sounds like a lot of work ahead, but so worth it!

I may catch flames for this but that crew with a healthy Cummins diesel in it would be a heck of a hauler! Maybe a mix and match of save the petina, but redo some parts like FORD, badges etc.

Plan is to use for longer distances so the 330 HD won’t cut it.
My top engine trans would be 2020 or newer 6.7 power stroke 10R140 combo although am considering
A larger truck Diesel. I found a 2018 Penske truck very low miles. 37k with a 6.7B 250 hp 660 tq @ 1600 rpm. Full chassis all new. If I were to just do cab swap.  Also been some E350 E450 campers with
Very low miles and have v10’s.

Also possibly a new 7.3 gas but not as likely.

Still open and will decide when it comes time to restore. Gotta get it home first!

Bought this truck going on a month ago. I had shipper lined up to haul it to AZ. Now he flaked out.

Anyone here around Spokane (north side) That can provide a place for me to try to get it running so I can make the attempt to drive it 1400 miles home?

I have ordered parts I "think" I will need so it will drive. All new wheel cylinders, master cylinder, found NOS water pumps (2 possible), NOS fuel pump so I can go thru fuel system, NOS carb kit etc

I could also use help to move it from current location 99005/99006 to a place I can work on it or maybe if someone has large truck/trailer they can haul it to AZ?

Really stuck on this one as so many unknowns for driving it across country.

I have room for it temporarily but it's probably not worth hauling it all the way here just to make it run. I might possibly be able to haul it to Az, loading it would be the issue.
