Still improving a little at a time

My 68 ran a best of 10.63 @ 126.95 this year with a best 60ft of a 1.46 C-6  with low gear set and 3.66 Rear Gears Tight 10 inch street Converter leaving at 2300 Car weighs 3450 , presently

If the fuel systems up to it I believe you just have to fatten up the jets

just remember,it takes a full 1/3 more fuel flow with e85 over gas.make sure your pump is rated for e85,and carbs or injectors have enough flow.especially with a blown engine .

Have you tried different final gear ratios? Seems tall but obviously you are getting it to work. How low is that first gear? What are trap rpms?

I tried 4.11 it went slower!!  It wasn't spinning, I believe it has to do with the converter being so tight, the higher ratio gears Load the converter ( on the converter ) Sadly I cant give you trap rpm because like most tracks its mostly 1/8 mile racing now ( I hate 1/8 Mile ) First
 gear is 2.72
