Sorry to dig up an earlier thread.  Tried sending a PM direct to 69RamAir but got outsmarted by the tests to ensure I'm human (go figure).

Question to 69RamAir is whether you'd be willing to share what the before/after testing looked like between the 2" dyno header runs compared to the 6114 header runs on the dyno.  If I read it correctly it looked like you may have tried both on the dyno?

I'm intrigued to see what "street headers" cost for power on a combo with this size/power.

Hello TwoFifty. I would be happy to post the dyno pulls for both sets of headers but I tried with both my IPad and IPhone and I wasn’t able to maybe if I could send the pictures to someone they could post them for me

Dyno headers on the first sheet, Hooker 6114 on the second.  Couldn't get these files to rotate properly, but you can still read them.  Looks like the engine prefers a smaller tube header for torque, and also for average power and average torque.  Not a big difference though - Jay

I would’ve thought that the dyno headers would do better than the hookers just wondering if maybe the streetmaster intake is holding it back a little

Based on my intake testing the Streetmaster intake does begin to be a bottleneck around 550 HP.  But I've tested a couple of similar engines, both with out of the box Trick Flow heads and better intakes, and they didn't do any better, both around 595 HP.  To me the combination looks pretty well matched, and probably more than just headers would be required to take it up much higher.

Thanks for the comment Jay it does drive very nice on the street so I think I will leave it as is and upgrade the transmission from a C6 to a c4 or a Broader AOD or 4R70W

I'm very happy with those results.  Almost 600 hp with out of the box heads, small cam, low compression.

Thanks for posting up the back-to-back!  For the planned build I'm after it looks like the 6114's already on the car shouldn't be a hindrance to the point where it justifies replacement.  Looks like a great combination!
