camshaft

Looking at cams for a 428 in a 4wd pickup, it sees towing and mostly highway use.
Called comp cams and they recommended K33-422-11.
9.5 comp, streetmaster intake, C4AE-G heads w/ C J valves, headers, manual trans.
Want torque and efficiency. was thinking a small roller.
Input would be great,
Thanks for the help.

If I were cutting a cam for this, I'd be at 215/224 @ .050", 113 LSA on a 106 ICL, .580" lift.
