I don’t think that’s a good price if it was still bolted to the complete 427.

At $19,000 it's "reserve not met"... sheesh.   Very cool stuff but i'm more a hundred and fifty buck intake type of guy.

He'll likely get it. Those are reproduction carbs, but the real ones selling for 30k by themselves. Even those repops are stupid expensive.
