Road Racing Galaxies, Thunderbolt, and Falcon down under
« on: August 11, 2020, 09:59:29 AM »
One of my customers sent me these photos of the cars they are campaigning in Australia.  Really, really cool stuff  8)  They also sent me a picture of their road racing 64 Galaxie, but it had a copyright mark so I couldn't post it...

Someone should tell those Aussies that you get better traction with 4 wheels on the ground ;D

Anyone who roadraces any '60s Galaxie earns my respect. The YouTube videos of that '63 floating around corners is impressive, and scary..lol But when that big block power comes on in the straights, it sails past everything in its sights!

Thunderbolt-type cars look funny with the same size tires front and rear! :)

Think the white Thunderbolt is a H-M copy of this car made by H-M in 2011-2012:

Elsewhere, H-M's own site mentioned they had sold 3 copies in total of this road-racing T-Bolt. I do know one was and still is raced in England.
