I’m pretty sure they are not.
If I gave that vibe I didn’t mean to. I’ve just never been able to get a good explanation of the differences.
In your pictures I can easily see that there is a cup not just a platform. I’m going to cc these heads and see if they’re Denver’s.
I kinda hope they are not because I’d like to replace the top end of my wagon motor using these. And I’d like to keep static low for driving around town.

The 406 heads were C2SE-C. Ben bought the set I had that I purchased bare in the box NOS from Ford Power Parts back in the 80's

More than one casting, C2SE was just one of them. You not knowing does not mean the rest of us are just making it up.
