Edelbrock 2x4 ?
« on: May 14, 2020, 10:15:16 AM »
Hi Guys,
Been lurking a long time here soaking up info, finally putting together my first FE and have an intake question.
I have Jay's Book but can't find it at the moment, but on the Edelbrock 2x4 I know you have to use their carbs because of the spacing. My question is I may want to try a EFI like sniper in the future, I am guessing there would be enough room on the edelbrock for the throttle bodies, but if anyone knows for sure I would like to know.

There is one for sale for a good price near me right now, so just checking before I buy.

Not sure, but looking at this - https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/fuel_injection/sniper_efi/sniper_4bbl_tbi_kits/sniper_efi_2x4_4150/parts/550-527

"Fits on intake manifolds with flange spacing between 6.43"-13.5" (Includes most Edelbrock Manifolds)"

Thanks for the help guys, I was looking at the Edelbrock website for specs on carb spacing but couldnt find the actual numbers,  and "fits most" usually means fits everyone but me with my luck, LOL.

I have seen one with two EZ-EFI throttle bodies.
