I have a 352 with an automatic now. I don't remember if there is a spot for a piliot bearing on the crank if I want to put a manual behind the 352.

Can you see the back of the block ? Others will have more expertise, but I assume all block have the provision for manuals.
My 428 does. I bought two for mine and did not like them, so we made one on the lathe.
Are you wanting a bearing or bushing ?

All cranks have the machined recess for a pilot bearing. There is no such thing as an "automatic" crank or a "manual" crank.

The "snouth" on the converter centers in the unbushed hole in the crank
just put a bushing in and you are ready to go

They also make a nice sealed roller bearing to use instead of the old bronze bushing.
