FE Pistons & Rods, For Other Engines ?

Can they fit other engine, Chevy etc ?
Rods are 6.7 FE.

The rods are actually a Chevy application but 6.7 isn't a common length for those guys. Think the FE and 460 would be the big markets, not sure if they use the same big end width.
 FE Pistons wouldn't be fitting anything else, what size are they?

What are the pistons?  Pretty common to use 390 pistons in 300 sixes as a way to bump compression.  The rods may work in a 240, but are much too long for the 300.
