Maybe this link:  https://www.tfltruck.com/2020/02/behind-the-scenes-see-how-the-2020-ford-7-3l-v8-kills-the-worlds-toughest-towing-test-video/

>Thing makes power... 2.2mpg isn't that great but it blows the Chevy away.

I would expect 5~6 with our 60 sq/ft front 12,000 lb trailer on the back end.  About the same as the old F-350, but I'll bet we'll be running at 70 MPH vs 60 MPH, so it'll be way more "efficient".  If it gets 14 or better on the highway in Eco Mode without the trailer, I'll be real happy.  The 1993 7.5L gets 9~9.3 unloaded, driving 70 / 2200 RPM.  We only have one big hill to cross between us and DFW - Ranger hill - and it's up coming back home.  It's a 6% grade right now but being re-worked to lengthen and reduce the grade.  The old tree-fiddy could make 45 in 2nd coming up the grade.  Not bad.

"Ranger Hill is being reconstructed and realigned after having the dubious distinction of being among the steepest hills in the state’s interstate system with a 6 percent grade. A S-curve on the sharp incline compounds the safety issue, especially when the road is wet or icy, Tipton said.

When the dust settles, the straighter stretch of highway will be at a 3.5 percent grade, and the posted speed limit will be returned from its current 65 mph to 75 mph, Tipton said.
Another safety improvement is adding a third westbound lane for slower tractor-trailers and other heavy vehicles climbing the hill.

In addition, frontage roads will be added on both sides of the new stretch of highway. This will allow first responders easier access to wrecks on the hill. Currently, both directions of traffic are stopped for some crashes to enable first responders to safely reach the scene and render aid.

“It’s going to make it a lot safer. It’s going to be a really good way to keep traffic flowing in a very busy section of I-20 coming up that hill,” Fields said about the improvements."

I couldn't tell from the last video, but how are the roller lifters kept in line with the cam lobes?  Are the bores "keyed" or are there link bars between the lifters but not shown in the video?

Thing makes power... 2.2mpg isn't that great but it blows the Chevy away.

https://www.tfltruck.com/2020/02/2020-ford-f-250-godzilla-7-3l-v8-gets-maxed-out-on-the-worlds-toughest-test-here-is-how-it-did-video/ds of aftermarket blocks and heads.

If the aftermarket support comes to even 10% of whats available for an LS there should be dual quad intakes and Cobra LeMans valve covers for it and several brands of aftermarket heads and blocks.
Getting an error 404 on the link, Tom.

Lookin good Chris!  I've learned a lot about these 250-350s from you and the OPs. Also didn't realize they are almost all 4WDs, at least the ones in dealer stock.  Please keep us informed about performance and your overall impressions.  What does the interior look like?  Bruce

So far we like it.  It's big - BIG.  Might fit in the shop - shop is 23.5' deep, truck is 22' long.  It should fit through the door - back of cab is 79", door is 81.5ish.  Another benefit of getting the 4x2 with 17" wheels - it's not near as tall as a 4x4 diesel with the 20" wheels.  House garage - fergetaboutit.  Unless we leave the door open that is.  Bought a 55" Visio TV for grandson's apartment warming gift at Target - just slid the box in the back seat and shut the door.  Our daughter got in it and said  "you could hide a baby in the console."

Race car is in the way in the shop and wife won't let the door car in the house garage because of evap fumes. (I need to graft an evap control system on to a race car LOL!) so I cant test fit it until I load the dragster in the big trailer and move the car.  95 miles on it now in one day just driving to get used to it.  In Eco mode we've done as well as 12.5 MPG.  Ref - 1993 F-350 7.5L gets 9.5 @ 70 MPH freeway.  It gets the trans into gear 10 pretty quick with just us in the cab.  This has the XLT Upgrade package, so heated seats, lane holding, blind spot, power trailer tow mirrors and such.  Pedals move and the seat has 8 way adjust so my wife can adjust it to drive it.  She is a bit short, so has to jack the seat up, raise the pedals and so on.  I added Box Link and the bed LEDs - the bed LEDs are great at night, well worth the $60 upcharge.  The box link parts come with locks, haven't unpacked that yet.  May be good for securing fuel jugs in the bed on trips.   The mirrors also have LEDs underneath  that light the ground, and have spots on the forward edge you can turn on.  We set the mirrors to fold back into the doors when you lock the truck - very cool.  Have to put 1000 miles on it before pulling, so we're going to do a road trip this weekend.  Display still shows 417 miles to empty.  I plan to sort out the trailer hitch/hookup stuff this coming Sunday.  We have a TnT at the track scheduled for 3/7, so it may not get that full 1K before it goes to work.  The trailer setup looks like fun and it also tracks trailer miles.  So you have to enable and disable the trailer to get accurate trailer tracking.  Blind Spot is good to 32', trailer is 34' so close enough.  We did not spring for the "ultimate trailer tow" option. Backup cam on tailgate is great.  Also like that when you unlock all doors, the tailgate unlocks.  And when you lock, locks the tailgate with the doors.  No separate keyhole in the tailgate.  Tailgate is big, but it's light weight.  It's quiet inside too, and even out - with the truck idling very little engine noise.

As an IT guy, the worst deal is the Ford Pass app - they really need to work on that thing as it has some real issues.  Android Auto works pretty good.  Only got the Google Maps up and running for nav.  Radio will use various sources so it should pick up my Pandora app when I load it.  Lots of tech to fiddle with on the new stuff.  When we got the Escape, we spent like 2 hours just sitting in the driveway setting up phone apps, displays and such.  This one will be about the same I think.  Lots of info displays including trans temp, fuel averages, dual trip details and so on.  I'll post a few pics in a minute.

Chris, word of advice...protect those mirrors!! They are very vulnerable to damage, and trust me, you don't want to have to pay to replace one of those things!

We just got a new F250 SD at work, and an F550 stakebed. They are nice trucks. I was surprised at how much taller the new 250 is compared to our 2017 F250 SD. Enough that I now have to use the assist handle to get in it, and I have long legs.

Being stripped down work trucks, ours have very little in the way of options. The new 250 has electric windows and a backup screen, which I don't think you can get away from anymore. I'm personally not a fan of a thousand sensors to give you readouts on everything from your washer fluid level, to the air temp in Bulgaria, and the heated seats seem to have a limited lifespan, but they certainly are nice when they are working. :)

But those mirrors....protect them!

That's why we set the mirrors to fold up when locked - less chance of someone smacking into them.  If you are squeezing into some tight place, they will also fold in with a button push.  We're also in for the full meal deal ESP Premium with all the toppings, for 6 years/100K miles.

Smart move. Those mirrors are over $2k....each. Gotta admit, as much as I like my old junk hauler, I'm a little jealous of your cool ride. I'd have to eat cat food though, if I had to make the payment..lol
