I tried to post some pics and the file size is 152. The site says 197 max? Don't get it? Anyone know what went wrong? I just keep getting an error message saying the file is too large.

I read the numbers wrong 128 KB I have now idea how to shrink it that small.

The largest file is 128kb if I crop the smallest I can get it 644mb that's not gonna work. I can email pics that is about it or send as a text.
