I didn’t see anything.

But after 3 days of slow walking with no breaks (9.2 miles per day) I became a zombie. I may have walked past anything new without noticing.

All I got was a bunch of bad info. Scat said a 4.5” stroke fe crank is impossible. We know that’s not true.

I heard there have been quite a few thefts this year, right out of the booths, also including a truck/trailer/car combo. Anybody hear anything about that? If it's true, it seems that security is a bit lacking this year.

The TFS guy says it is indeed coming though. I didn't notice any new FE specific parts but many companies had FE parts on display. Scat guy said 4.30" was max on the forging. It was actually in print where he looked it up.
Perhaps that is at FE journal diameter?

Only 9 miles a day? I did double that. Going too need an ankledectomy when I get home.

There were a few FE cars there but not as many as in past years. The fact most Fords were early Broncos or silly Brodozer trucks didn't help that.

Also not as many booth babes as in the past. This will greatly impact my picture posting and disappoint Randy, but I did try.

I didn't even get to the New Products section at all, even missed the free beer Happy Hour there :o  So i'm not sure what cool new stuff I might have missed.

Ford didn't have any of the 7.3 engines in anything or on display alone which i'd hoped to see. They had a 572 crate motor and a new 460 block for the other BBF people and haven't abandoned the 302-351 set either.

I’ve seen a couple reports of stolen vehicles, and at least one report of stolen product on social media. Here’s one:

Kevin Rolph

1967 Cougar Drag Car ( under constuction )
1966 7 litre Galaxie
1966 Country Squire 390
1966 Cyclone GT 390
1968 Torino GT 390
1972 Gran Torino wagon
1978 Lincoln Mk V

That jives with the "a couple months yet" the guy told me.
I did see a couple of empty booths, maybe that 70 Camaro and other contents was supposed to be in one of them? That really sucks. Certainly it is a pretty big expense to have a booth and get there and back from Florida. Isky told me ten grand and his booth was quite small, no space for a car.
