OEM Steel Shim CC?

I have a couple of sets of steel head shims. They are several hours away, no other numbers or measurements available right now. One set is shaped like the Felpro 8554 at .021" thick. The other is shaped like the Felpro 1020 at .027" thick. Anyone have cc's figured up?

The C5835-027 is close to the round gaskets. Seems those were in Ford packing designated for a 428.
