1967-68 "core" fuel tank sender W/ Low Fuel needed.
« on: August 27, 2019, 09:29:24 PM »
I am looking for a core unit for 67-8 Mustang/Cougar with low fuel indiactor. The gauge or thermister doesn't need to work, as it is a core.

Perfect. A 68 would be better because of the 3/8 fuel line but beggars can't be choosers.. I truly appreciate it.

A buddy of mine rebuilds senders. He is in Arizona. You can find info in this thread from "The Classic Cougar Community" forums.

Is that rusty, or just nasty fuel varnish?

I'm on the Cougar forum. I am going to call Bill Basore tonight. He's the one doing it for me.

Here is the sender wires and the low fuel relay. The relay has PN C6AF-10A868-A.
