Fuel log 67 GT 500

Hello
Do you see any problem about removing the fuel log an put it back on again on a 67GT500. Will it be a problem fore the gasket sealing fore the manifold? I have to replate the finish on the fuel log.

You are thinking about the bolts you have to remove?
No i dont think you are getting a problem with the
gasket seal after that

I don’t see a problem with that. If you don’t feel right about it retorque after you take the log off. And then take back off after you have it plated

My thought was to remove the fuel log and tight up up the bolts. When the fuel log is platet I have to remount it again.
