camshaft

Have a cam that came out of a 390(C6ME-A) It is not stock as I measured the lift at .295. It's in very good condition but the only ID I can find on it is a stamping on the rear of the rear journal that shows
M199M with a 143 somewhat above it. I know that's not much info but just maybe someone can identify it.  Thanks

Thanks 4 the effort guys but it's gonna bug me till I find out. I pulled the engine apart and the cam was being spun with an oem nylon gear. The crank looks great so will have it checked out to see if it's gonna clean up with a polish. I can see the hone still in the bores and only one with very minor skirt marks. Don't know what I will do yet on the rebuild. Not going to throw a lot of bucks at it but right now I,m destressing the block and doing all the oiling mods on it. Will clean the block up later and put
the mains back in and see how the crank feels. When it's good and clean I'll put the cam back in with a new Edelbrock dbl roller set and degree it like I should have done before I tore it down,  Then I'll let you know what the specs are.
