I just bought a Performer RPM

 and have a full set of Fel-Pro gaskets. Beings that the new intake don't have the exhaust passages, am I going to run into trouble running these Fel-Pros or should I order a set of Edelbrock intake gaskets. This is on a set of C7AE heads.

Depends on which Felpros you have.  If they are the blue standard style, they work well, the exhaust crossover won't be an issue.  Just look close at how they line up at to bottom of the ports.  You should be fine though. 

If they are the Printoseal without the S3 part number at the end (1247S3 vs 1247) avoid them. 

Also take a look at the head gasket tab and if the lower edge of the intake hits them.  Some do, some don't.  Some guys bend the tabs down, I usually grind a little 45 degree angle across the edge of the intake to make room.

Running standard intake gaskets on an intake that doesn't have the exhaust crossover won't cause an issue.
