I can say that the best warranty we every had was when the wife worked for a big dealer. She kept the Service Manager's computers and printers up and running, and fixed any issues they had as a priority. (unlike previous "IT help") Service really took a liking to the special support and any mention of "I heard the car make some noise" caused the car/truck/whatever to get immediate full attention. The Bronco II we had developed a little whine in the diff - bang, new rear axle assembly in one day. "How much for an oil change?" "Don't worry about it". And it'd come home with fresh oil, wiper blades, air filter, etc, etc. She for sure put in the work - even to recruiting her IT type husband to help pull computer cable all over the dealership and solder in the pin outs for printers and terminals LOL. Good times.
