I haven't used the specific brackets but if the Powermaster has the stock case, the stock cases fit pretty much where any other Ford unit fits. I put a large case 3G on the 1993 F350 to replace the fire prone stock "75A" unit that could not keep up. I have one of both types on the race cars. Price $45 each from the wrecking yard. Any of the parts stores will test it for free. The stockers are very reliable, even spinning the guts north of 12,000 RPM. I'd run one on the dragster if it would fit.
