I Was In A Accident. Need Your Prayers.

I was headed to a Doc app. Turned onto the highway was going 30 mph and WHAM...... a lady hit me in the back of my truck. All I saw was white in my mirror. She and the Sheriff said she was going 50 to 60 mph. I saw she was looking down and did not hit the brake. The back is hurt badly, the box is sagging down about 4". Don't know if the frame is bent yet. She was nice and said she'll pay for everything.  I called my insurance company and hers. I took several pics of the truck showing the damage. Was hit so hard that the force knocked my rear view mirror off windshield. Have never felt such a impac. I'm very,..surprised there isn't more damage with her speed. So glad,.....I wear seatbelts !  She's ok, but hit her forehead on the steering wheel, but thankfully she is ok.

I broke my neck years ago, so I three vert fused, so my Doc wants me to head to the hospitial to get an xray.

It was my 56th birthday !  Lol......

So, I'd appreciate your prayers for both of us.

The Xray showed legiment tear's around the fused area where I had broken my neck some years ago. around #6 & #7. Have vertebrae cervical sprain and discharge in struction. I have ligament tear's in my right shoulder and tear of two rotator cuffs. Also two breaks in two of my lower disks, don't recall which ones specificly.  They will need replacment like in my neck. Meaning,......painful crap. Could have been worse for both of us.
Is that enough asking for prayers ?      Lol......

I'll be looking for a attorney soon.

Asking for and needing prayer are the same things, so no it isn't enough, you don't shut it down. Quite a list of bad news you just posted, but on target prayer is the most powerful weapon in the tool box of those who understand it and apply it effectively.  Me, I'm not that sharp but I do understand it and apply it, it works.  Consider your well described injuries targeted.

As I guy off work the past week from tearing my rotator cuff... I feel your pain! Both is worse, I've done that two years ago... hard to do anything requiring your arms.

That's a lot of damage from a  fairly minor impact. I think I underestimated your condition.

I agree Tom, that the damage does not show the extent of my injuries.
I had my first physical Theosophy yesterday and she said I have the worst whip lash she's seen. It was very painful.
I go three times per week to start. She's very careful around my previous injury, the c6 c7 vertebrae.

If you are/were a pumping iron guy like me, remember the coach preaching,...."no pain, no gain". Well that was OK, but not this!  lol
The accident investigator said that most of the force was directed on the heavy duty large truck bumper and heavy duty hitch.
That's why the frame is bent down 3.25".
