Boring out FE rocker arms, ID is too small for the shaft.

OK please no jokes. I've got as set of the Isky 1.5 ratio FE rockers that have a ID smaller than the FE rocker shaft. .013 too small.
Looking to sell them to someone on Wes's Facebook Garage sale site. My set has 17 rockers with the adjuster below the arm and they use the Ball-Ball pushrods.
They are NOS and from what I understand made by Gotha. 12 of the set are OK for the ford shaft but 5 are undersized.
2 questions One: can they be bored the .013 witout hurting any hardening? and the second question: if anyone has used them do they require a shorter pushrod?
The Isky catalog states they must be used with the Super Legara 505 cam. The facebook member has a NOS legara cam.
Finally value? where to price them?
Thanks for any thougths.

.013 is a lot but could probably be done on a rod hone.

I've done mine with a wheel cylinder hone and drill. Just check on a good shaft and sneak up on the clearance bit by bit.

No problem to hone them , it's only .0065 per side , not all .013. "I" would have it done on a rod hone even though I own a hand hone that could do the job.

Well the buyer wanted both sets I have so he's got extras. He got 33 Isky rockers with 1.5 ratio 17 are new. 5 of the new ones were undersize. Here is a picture of one compared to a hyd. rocker. All 3 sets of my adjustables are together so I compared to a hyd. He is going to deal with the undersize.

I'm assuming you are selling these to John in VA. Hey is a very, very knowledgeable guy and might have the answer himself to your question. Did you ask him?

No I'm getting ready to send them today. I explained that the new set has 17 rockers, 5 that are undersized. The used set is OK.
I'll e-mail him the discussion here.
Thanks.
