That looks to be a converted Offy intake.
It is.

FWIW I've had a BlueThunder blower manifold on back order from Mustangs Unlimited for about 2 years. I called them around July last year to see if my order was still there and they said was and they'd let me know.

Have to use a cam drive dizzy, a distributorless  ignition,  or machine the dizzy hole and use a spacer. Cool piece but depending on the application, how practical would it be.

Didn't catch it the first time around myself.

That's a cool deal right there. Not sure if you've found your intake yet or not.
Not for 2500.00.
Looks like BT will be making another run of these. I can wait but thanks for taking the time to post this. I appreciate it!

In regards to Blower manifolds, Cragar, M/T, HM, and Weiand made them. These are Low/Medium intakes and there is the Magnesium Ford script intake for Hiriser many credit M/T for. In reality that intake shares no features of any M/T blower manifold so I'm a bit sceptical on that "eBay" theory. Mostly being it shares all if the traits of the HM low/medium riser intake including the pop off valve design. If you look the Blue Thunder is a direct copy of the HM manifold less the logo. The pop off pad is there too but it is cast solid so it can be run with various valves or a burst panel.
The reason the HM intake in the eBay ad lacks the distributor hole is because you more often than not used a distributor off set drive timing cover or ran the mag off the front of the cam. HM Cragar and M/T all offered these.  While steep, for NOS he's not out of line. A BDS converted Offenhauser 2x4 is $1400 new for FE.

Anyway for anyone in need Dyers has been producing a brand new one piece blower manifold for a few years. Bill Dyer contacted me when they were preproduction in seeing one of my want ads for one. Their intake is a tunnelwedge with a blowerplate instead of carb pads but it is cast that way not modified like the BDS units. For guys interested in running a distributor this allows clearance without a blower spacer.

I looked into the Dyers blower setup mentioned above, just to see what product they produce. They're actually using a port-o-sonic intake. They do some milling on the intake and weld in the flange piece.

That's a bit rough looking from what was sent and I was told specifically it cast as one piece to get away from doing this. I posted about it on the old forum after talking to Bill. He seemed a little shocked I wasn't interested in it but he missed the " vintage 60's intake " part of the want ad and I'd still like to find the M/T version.
 Good luck

A cut down edelbrock cross ram would likely make a good piece.
