Most interesting was the article in Sports Car Market Magazine that went deep into the "legality's" involved in this issue. (i get the magazine but could not find the article on the web.  From running up thousands of miles in a very short period of ownership (daily driver) to paying $1,050,000 for a brand new car and getting an "agreed value" policy for the car at LOL 2,200,000. Including the nifty Owners a Dealer and insuring his million dollar "wares" as collector cars etc etc. Never could find a culmination of this suit but I know it's happened or will happen with a jury making the decision.
