Hot Rod posted a story with photos from past Dragweeks ( not this year ), mostly on the road & in the pits shots. Looks by the byline it's an older story, but I don't remember it. Couple pictures of Jay, maybe Jay remembers what was going on.

This looks like Thursday after leaving Cordova.With three roadside repairs...an injector,water pump in the rain and a fuel pump in blazing sun,we used up a lot of towels.I had asked if they had paper towels,but the response was less than understandable.The dispenser box was open on the island,so away went the needed aforementioned.
