MSD What springs and stop bushing would you suggest?

Msd #8594 mechanical distributor and 6 AL box
1969 mustang,4 speed,28 inch tires,389 gear, 445 stroker,EDL heads (ported), 294 solid cam, RPM performer intake (ported), 850 holley carb. Dyno at 530 HP and 538 torque at 36 degree total timing
What springs and what stop bushing would you suggest I should start with. As of now I am using a red stop bushing and 2 light silver springs. Is there a better combination of bushing and springs to use? Thanks in advance for the help.

Black bushing, two light blue springs.

None, lock it and add a 10 degree stat retard box to the 6AL.  3.89 gears, stick - you don't need any curve IMHO.  You'll have 10x easier job setting idle and better "move out" response.  Every hot rod here is like that, including the street/strip 302 locked at 36, 10 retart in the Mallory box - starts easy, no issues.  I would also assume you're no running a stock POS starter either - if you are, chunk it and get with the PMGR program.  Better units by far.

The most aggressive I would run is Brent's advise and I agree with it.  I ran mine very similarly when it was a 433, but check your actual curve once the parts are in  and see where it really ends up. 

2x light blue and a black bushing should be 18 degrees all in by 2500 or so.  The actual initial may need to be anywhere from 16-20 initial (when actually checked in the car)  whatever it really ends up you need to make sure you want/can run the initial it needs.  It takes a decent battery and starter to run a lot of initial on a street car.

Another option is one light silver and one light blue, but with a blue bushing.  That changes the curve, quicker springs, but longer to go, that allows for less initial. 

I have never run a locked out ignition on the street, but it'd likely work, but could ping if you short shift or lug it as a street car.

14 initial and starts easy, stock starter.
Truck motor, lugs well, drives easy.
Not a hot rod set up.

Just a update. Ross I did what you and Brent suggested and went with the 2 light blue springs and black bushing. I also took your advice on the 850 which I will address in the next post. Thanks to every one and the engine seems to run good. Will drive it some and check it our. Only put 60 miles on so far but seems good.
