Happened across the May/June 2012 Vintage Motorsports issue at the local Barnes and Noble quite by accident. Had never seen this publication on the newstands and wow, a great article by Bill Oursler. Seems that Mike Teske, a kid when the first 12 Mark IV's were built is now the owner of legendary Kar-Kraft, the Ford subsidiary that built the original Marks in the day. He teamed up with former NASCAR and H-M employee Ken Thompson to build 7 exact replicas, all FE powered of course.

A great article and lots of J-car/Mark IV pics as well. Only wish they added a lot more pics! Btw, one can order the mag (it has the yellow Penske PC-17 on the cover) on-line here: http://www.vintagemotorsport.com/

Hey, the rest of the articles are pretty good too with amazing prices for vintage SCCA, Can-Am, F-2 and Indy cars.  Maybe I can talk Jay into 'doing' an early Can-Am Lola with modern FE power just like H-M did just before they built the ill-fated  purple Honker II with Boss 429 power. Btw, here is that all-aluminum 427 FE Lola, just in case you're interested in a new project...LOL!
