It's finally starting to look like a car again

I finally got the Mustang all painted.   8)  I ended up rolling the dice and painting it in pieces. This is the most nerve wracking part of the project so far. Trying to get it all put back together without nicking anything!

Looking good. I understand the nerve racking!! When I started working on mine after the paint shop it was hard to get anything back on it for fear of scratching the paint.

I finally put a little scratch in the trunk just to get it over with.  :o :o

Looking good, Alan! Having an extra set of hands is priceless for reinstalling body panels, so hopefully you have somebody to help.
I was never a big fan of the notchbacks, but that was always because they looked so docile with the stock skinny tires and sagging rear. As soon as you put a little meat on the back and some skinnys up front, they instantly look super cool and mean!
