His is 4.60" stroke, but larger bore size to get the displacement...

That's right, 4.600" stroke X 4.500" bore.

That was a long term customer project.  The writer missed on a couple things - thinking that longest stroke also meant largest displacement.  He will have the site published "fix" that on Monday.  Otherwise he did an OK job.

I saw the misprints as well ( should of said underdriven NOT overdriven ) , I also noticed the oil pressure at the top of the pull was a bit down , easy 1000 HP out of that on overdrive and a few tweaks of the tune , I also noticed the Belt was a tad loose ( although on millimeter drive its not as big an issue as with 1/2 pitch ) cool Engine !!

Sorry it takes so long to respond - I've been really sick (severe cold/flu) and spending the past few days sleeping on the couch and taking a wide variety of over the counter and under the counter meds...

Adding a quart of oil fixed the low numbers upstairs.  Windage tray might have helped but there was no place for one to live in that package.

The belt whip is fun to watch in video because you really do not see it in person - I think there is just too much other stuff holding your attention.
