FORD GT gets "optional Carbon Fiber Wheels" that shed 2lbs per wheel

Kind of odd that carbon fiber wheels are optional but then again a two-pound weight reduction vs the standard wheels (I presume forged aluminum?). To me that does not seem like that much weight reduction.   Where do titanium and magnesium wheels fall in the weight dept?
