There is a building here in town that has come up for sale. I may look into getting it for storage and such. It is just a block from my house and is in what remains of the business district. But check out the address. I think it might be a sign!  ;)

Alan, looks good - I'd probably go for it of the basic building is sound. It will take some work for heating/cooling etc. but well worth it in the end.  Btw, I bought my '63 Galaxie from a guy who lives in Mulvane just a few miles from you.

LOL - you joke but a lot of the 1920s era brick buildings here you can put your fist through the wall.  Cool building, Nice price.

that's nice s.f. and very affordable.   plus you can just cruise down to the "405"   and put a ford  beating on those guys.
