For rounding purposes, it is closer to 422, and would be called 422. Having said that, some places require that any part of a cubic inch above a whole number must be rounded up to the next number, ie. EMC rules. Technically you have a 422 cubic inch engine, but if you were to enter it in EMC competition, you would have to declare it as 423 cubic inches. Actually, what you have is a 410 that is +.060".
