Joe Craine ported Victor FE intake, 4150 flange....
« on: January 25, 2016, 07:24:43 PM »
Joe ported this intake for one of my engines several years ago. It was port matched to some Pond CNC heads and worked in the runners and plenum. Customer decided that after putting 3000 miles on his Cobra that he didn't have the room to stretch its legs like he wanted, so he's downsizing the intake and camshaft.

A few years ago, this intake made about 640 hp @ 6600 and 590 lb-ft on a pump gas 487 inch engine.

Intake has a few pry marks on the front china wall area that I think I can touch up with a file to make them look pretty, but otherwise don't affect a thing.

Intake is stamped JDC851 if you want to have Joe verify his records.

A brand new Victor FE is over $700 now. Asking $600 plus the ride for this one.

Brent,
What other heads will this intake fit?

I very seldom ever ported a Victor for anything larger than a Medium Riser port size.  The Victor 427 will support any FE head presently available in the 1247 gasket size.  Joe-JDC
