Forged Steel crank
« on: December 29, 2015, 02:17:15 PM »
Does anyone know the brand of crank that's on the PoP site ? 4340 forged steel cranks for $750.00 forged off shore but finished machined in US. Are they RPM cranks or the pro power ones ? I'm thinking there not Scat cause they go for over a grand from what I have seen in the past.

They are RPM.

RPM cranks are just fine.....after you have them turned.

Thanks, I have seen you guys talk about the RPM cranks and figure there a decent piece.
I was thinking someone said pro power-speed master had a crank to that one should steer clear of.

I've used them quite a few times.   I would rather have a Scat, but there are some combinations that Scat doesn't make in a steel crank.
