That looks like a nice street hyd cam, right in between a Comp 270H and 280H, although closer to the 280H. It would make a street performer out of either a hydraulic cammed 406 or a 428
It is 278 adv, 230 @ .050, .519 lift, 110 LSA and I assume it is on 106 ICL, but I cannot find a cam card for it, only a catalog reference.
So how good are Engles? Well, I have used their stuff in very mild performance or stock rebuild kits for years and never, ever, had an issue, but I do consider it a lower level product than others. Interesting but maybe not applicable, I had 2 sets of Engle lifters that the foot of the lifter looked poorly machined and an odd material.
HOWEVER, this was over 20 years ago, those two sets of lifters sat on the shelf because we could never get ourselves to trust them, but they were too good to not throw away LOL We put a set of good NAPA lifters in their place, FWIW, both of the builds builds were hot plow truck motors, not drag cars, and I do not remember which cam came in the kit, but I think it was a step or two milder
I'd use the cam in a heartbeat if it looks good, it's a nice 428 cam and should run well
