my favorite car in my favorite car color......

I can only hope I can attain that level with my car (I'm currently fabricating sheet metal and welding, etc)....  gonna be a few years before I can get there.

Very nice!

I still miss my California original box top '63. White, red interior, 352 originally and was in great shape when I got it w/62K mile IIRC. Built in Cali and owned near San Fran for decades, Ford dealer maintained. Granny passed away and the granddaughter went west to take care of things with her boyfriend. She had thought Granny had passed away but found the car in the garage, sitting for about 10 years. Air in the tires, a new battery and it started right up!

Back to Ford for a check over, bought a bolt-on hitch and loaded up a small U-Haul trailer wiht Granny's good stuff for the long trip back to Chicago. Once here, the car pretty much sat as she had a Corolla as well. Answered a newpaper ad, was the first to show up, and offered her $900 vs. her $1,200 price  :) Had the car for many enjoyable years thereafter (390 engine swap, C1AE heads, Edel-B intake, Holley 600) but salt eventually ate up the lower sheetmetal  :(
