Looking Holley carb linkage
« on: June 27, 2015, 03:36:31 PM »
I have a Holley 4 barrel that is missing the linkage between the primaries and secondaries.  It’s a 6210-3, the number below is 1631. Where can I find it? I tried the Holley site, but didn’t find anything that matched up. Any suggestions?

Thanks

This is a Holley 6210-3. Model 4165 Spreadbore Double Pumper. If it's the same as what you have and you're looking for the part with the arrow it's the same link as used on other later model 4150 Holleys. The Holley catalog doesn't mention the model 4165 but I measured and it's the same. Holley part #20-54. Here's a link to Jegs, they'll even ship it free.

I have dealt with this place many times. Excellent place to do business! They have extensive amounts of parts and very reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone. :)

I think you got the answer, but I have to ask...why that carb and on what?  For some reason, those were the most miserably running carbs Holley likely ever made.  I am not sure why, they should do fine, but they sure seem to be extra cantankerous LOL and the transfer tube doesn't do a good job at feeding that back float bowl, my want to consider standard cathedral bowls and a dual feed if it's something healthy

Kevin you nailed it.  ;D  That's what I was needing. I saw that part on Holley's site and thought it was close, but the numbers didn't match.

Howie and Jared, All Carbs didn't come up in my search today. I'll check them out. I generally shop around for the best price and shipping before I take a plunge. It didn't seem like it was an expensive part from Holley.

Ross, ya caught me!  ::)  I bought this thing out of a pick a part about 25 years ago. Its been the picture of operational excellence while it was stored in a 5 gallon bucket when I was moving around.  :o  The last 10 years have been just as good as it sat on the top of the upper garage cabinets. LOL
I am going to get the linkage to have a complete re-buildable carb that can then be transformed from garage art to cash.
