FEPower Intake adapter
« on: November 25, 2014, 11:01:30 PM »
Sad to say but having a major house cleaning. Selling the engine and vehicle this adapter was supposed to be for.

At my current speed of getting projects done I am selling all but 2 which will keep me busy until I am 178 yrs old.

535.00 + the ride to a forum member. Or do the ebay bid and see where it goes.

Jay, A good testimony to the quality and desire of the Adapter. It is now @ 600.00 only 12 hours in.

I had bids within 7 minutes of listing it.

I set out trying to re-coup what I had in it along with any listing fee's etc

I have never had this much interest on a ebay item before.

I am sure a year or two from now when I can actually use one I will be kicking myself . . LOL

I got 6 months a year off......
Do we need to start a mini FE factory?

Nevermind.... I just looked up where you live, I don't go that far north :P  Probably too cold in August for me.

The response to the auction makes it crystal clear that almost nobody knows about my intake adapters, save for the folks on this web site.  I still have another 35 or 40 to deliver, plus a bunch of the high riser version, in order to get completely caught up on my list.  My plan at that point was to start selling them on ebay myself.  I'm hopeful that this auction is indicating a good market for the parts.  One thing about the auction, though, is that it says there are only 100 of the intake adapters produced, and that is not correct; I plan to continue making the adapters for quite some time. I wonder if the bidding would go that high if some of the bidders knew that?  I won't say anything though  ;)

Those are valid points Jay but it is e-bay .I have seen Holman Moody stuff go for more on e-bay than you can buy it new from them...I see a new market place for your products tho......I am keeping my spare .Its one of the first 10 built and in its original packaging....The box maybe worth more than the manifold.. ;D ;D
