If this doesn't make you want to go out and do a little hot rodding, I don't know what will.

I'd be very interested to know the details of that powertrain.

It's a Roush/Yates 6.7 liter Ford Racing engine. Probably basically a Nascar piece specifically built for Ken. They will hold 8000rpm all day long.

And by Nascar, I mean highly tweaked Nascar. It's fuel injected obviously, looks to be distributorless and I'm sure a bunch of other high tech goodies.

Here you go, Ken. Lots of info on the basics, but not much detail which seems to be hard to come by.

The car is just wicked cool, and Ken really is quite the driver, despite what anyone thinks about the sport. Personally I don't care to watch it all that much, but how can you NOT want to watch cool video of that car in action?

Oops, the link ::)

Good to know I'm not alone.  Yeah, the car is definitely impressive hardware.  And undoubtedly there's  talent required to undertake the sideways yo-yo action without cracking it up.  But I have to think it's mostly about being the center of attention.  After 2 mins I'd seen enough.

I like it and am very curious about the mechanics of the car...He pays big time for the use of the streets..Pretty sure he just does it for fun as he certainly doesn't need the money and the videos are free to watch...

He and the other cofounder of DC shoes sold the company 10 years ago for 87 million dollars...
I can listen to that engine all day long.....

For Fun?
It's a long commercial.
Buy my stuff and you can be kool like me.
No different than a beer and tits ad.
It would be more impressive if there was no practice marks.

commercial for what

Monster, Ford, GoPro
Still an interesting piece because of the 4x4 Mustang, the driving and locations.
Bet it took a lot of friendly (read money) persuasion to get those permits.
They spent a boat load of dough on it.

He sells clothing.
Hoonigan is a clothing line.
A good salesman. I'll give him that.

I'd have to disagree, because, like Mark, I never even knew it was a clothing line...lol
And if he's pushing Fords....well, where do I find one of these 845hp 4x4 Mustangs?
Sooo, if this is a commercial then I certainly wouldn't mind ALL commercials being like this! ;D ;D

Like many people, I don't care what he's done or how he's earned his money (as long as it's not hurting people), I just think the car is freakin cool. And as far as the practice, even Nascar and NHRA drivers test, tune and practice.

Feared...I believe the correct word you want to use when referring to Frenzy is that shes smarter than we all feared, not thought.
